Hypoxi training is bicycling while burning fat in a low pressure chamber. The exercise targets desired areas (stomach, bottom, hips and thighs) reducing 70% of fat at these places, while affecting the breasts only minimally (30%), contrary to other methods of fat reduction (sauna, aerobic).
A large portion of women have problems losing weight from specific areas of their body (stomach, bottom, hips and thighs), whereas men have difficulties with their “rubber rings” even if they do sports or are on diet. Most women tend to lose weight from their upper body (breast, shoulder and face) up to 70%, while their lower body goes through only up to 30% of weight loss. Since blood circulation is better in our upper body it is easier to lose weight from this area. Our purpose is to improve blood circulation in the lower body. Hypoxi trainer has been developed especially for this purpose. Hypoxi has the advantage of providing treatment and training simultaneously. The result is that although we also lose 30% of weight from the upper body (since blood circulation cannot be stopped above the waist), the loss is 70% below the waist. No other method is as efficient as this.

Bicycling in the vacuum machine has been developed to prevent the knee-joints from undergoing pressure, the weight of the guest falls instead on the muscles. The “burning” of fat cells begins 90 seconds after the training starts. The treatment should be repeated three times a week (lasting 30 mins/occasion), but dieting or fasting is not necessary for the period of the treatment. There is, however, a prescribed menu (not very radical) that we recommend our clients to accompany the training.
The 10-occasion treatment results in an average of 1-6 kg weight loss and a 1-14 cm reduction in outline, applying to men as well. Those who acquired their fat-pads over several years will, accordingly, demand a longer period of time to lose excess weight. Our constitution should not be forced to undergo drastic change. Fat burning continues 6-8 hours after the therapy. Since training generates an optimum blood circulation in and around the areas of the stomach, bottom and the thighs, (also indicated by the warm skin surfaces), taking a bath is not recommended for 4 hours after the treatment, since the surface of these critical areas would cool as a result, thus canceling the process of post-exercise fat-burning.
Clients should not do exercise 8 hours prior to and following the training. The reason for this is that doing exercise prior to the trainings could make the muscles too tight, and the machine would be unable to transfer blood in between the fat cells. Follow-up exercises could cause metabolism to shift from the problematic areas (of the stomach, bottom, and thighs) to the unproblematic upper body sections. You have to bring the following things with you: a T-shirt, a towel, a pair of sport shoes, and an extra underwear.
Training is NOT recommended to clients with heart condition, high blood pressure, varicose veins. Pregnant and breast-feeding women should also refrain from training.

ULTRATONE
 |
While the client is lying on a board, adhesive pads are attached to several parts of his/her body. The pads receive electric impulses through electrodes, thus muscle-contractions are generated, which cause the fat above the muscles to “burn away.” |

Treatments should be repeated three times a week. The 30-minute therapy must be kept up until the 10 or 18-occasion passes expire. The slimming program results in a 1-5 kg weight loss, and a 1-9 centimeter reduction in outline, applicable to men as well. This treatment can be recommended to those, who suffer from heart or locomotor disease, or cannot do sports because of their overweight, yet would like to lose weight. You have to wear your panties and bras in the ultratone machine. You have to bring the following things with you: change an extra underwear.
Contra-indication: Clients with pacemaker or suffering from epilepsy!

INFRASAUNA—maximum 4 seats

The natural source of infrared radiation is the sun. Discover the wonderful secret of artificial infrared radiation. Infra-radiation is perfectly harmless, it is also used for the heating of infant incubators. |

It can be used occasionally or as a cure. Regular use is more beneficial (once or twice a week, or even daily). Prior to and after the use of the infrasauna it is important to drink 4dls of mineral water. The INFRATHERM sitting-sauna can sit four people at a time. You can enter the sauna once you have cleaned the make-up from your face and have removed body lotion from your body. You may wear a cotton T shirt and tie a towel around your waist, or wear a longer cotton shirt-dress in the sauna. The cabin reaches the ideal temperature within a minute.
Intensive sweating begins 5-10 minutes after the start. The complete time-span of a single occasion is 30 minutes. Sweating increases metabolism, and helps clean the entire system. It is suggested that clients take a hot or warm shower immediately after the sauna.
Contra-indication: pregnancy, high blood pressure, infectious or inflammatory diseases.
Advantages of the infrasauna:

WAVE MASSAGE

The machine multiplies the efficiency of traditional massages, providing a lymphatic massage. As a result roughage and toxic matter leave, the flexibility of the connective tissue is restored. |

During the treatment a pair of “boots” are put on the legs, and a belt is attached to the area of the hip over the client’s T shirt. The press-therapy machine blows air into the chambers (in the boot and the belt). First the chamber around the toes is filled up with air, then the ankle-, the shin-, the knee-, the thigh- and finally the hip belt- and the trunk areas follow, in the order of the lymphatic flow. In the next step the machine starts sucking out the air in a reverse order, and then restarts the process through 30 minutes. In the treatment of cellulitis 3 times a week, whereas with lymphatic massage a daily cure is suggested. A 10-occasion pass results in a 1-3 kg weight loss, and a 1-8 kg reduction in outline, the figures are also applicable to men. You have to bring the following things with you: a T-shirt and a cotton pantihose.
Contra-indication: people with malignant tumor (or cyst), heart condition, high blood pressure, phlebitis, thrombosis, during pregnancy, breast-feeding and menstruation.
RESULTS:

-Lmphatic massage:
Surplus roughage and toxic matter are extracted from the lymphatic cells and the intercellular regions. Our heart works like an active pump, keeping up the constant flow of the blood in the body. The lymphatic liquid is pushed by the artery system in between the tissues, and then a large percentage of this matter is transmitted on by the veins. The left-over liquid rich in protein or fat contains “broken fragments” which the lymphatic system itself has to filter. |

AEROBIC AND BELLY DANCE
The classes that take place in the morning and afternoon hours last 55 minutes, they help to lose weight and to maintain ideal weight.

Gymnastics for women:
All muscle sections are trained in this non-strenuous exercise that excludes jumping. The training puts emphasis on the critical parts of the body (stomach, bottom and thighs) and is suitable for all ages. Morning sessions also contain an “intimate PE” of the female “private parts,” which strengthens the muscles of the perinea, remedy problems related to the holding back of urination, heals some gynaecological problems and also haemorrhoid. It may also color our sexual life and contribute to a more complete experience of sexual pleasure. |
